"My experience with Alpha Therapy (now House of Essence) is a longer story. A story of a process of insight, redemptive therapy through insight, spaciousness and safe guidance.
I came with a story of trauma, with abuse and great loss from childhood to adulthood, and the decisive factor was finally the loss of my wife and 3 years later my best friend and life witness.
I had mood swings that I didn't understand and couldn't regulate my emotions so I was quite erratic and oversensitive to other people's statements. After consulting with my doctor (who couldn't help me within the scope of health insurance) I needed therapeutic help, and we agreed that the problem was probably an attachment disorder. I found out that hypnotherapy was probably a good tool for this kind of thing, and then with help I found Alpha Hypnosis Therapy,
on Facebook of all places.
Ellinoire is a welcoming and pleasant person who, through a conversation, gained my trust and safely guided me through several sessions.
And consistently proved his competence and safe guidance. I was able to turn my understanding of some things about my traumas upside down, and resolve some of the things that you otherwise don't get answers to.
And much, much more. It's hard to put into words. Throughout the treatment I have continuously felt great progress, after the first sessions I got a good and safe night's sleep, after having had many periods of nightmares.
Slowly and steadily my triggers emerged and I became "friends" with them, as I now understand what triggers them and can handle the emotions better and constructively and calm them down. Which gradually removes the triggers' effect on me. But you keep working on yourself,
because it's something you find a way through.
Once you have learned to navigate it, which I have received help with at Alpha Hypnosis Therapy.
Among other things, I was able to soften the enemy and danger images from my early childhood, all the while with insight, guidance and understanding from Ellinoire. Forgave myself, and freed myself from responsibility for things I could not control, and protect myself against. It helped a lot in processing guilt, responsibility and loss.
As a result, I have had a good and self-loving life.
A life where I can reach, comfort and care for the child I carry inside. Life is a long development, but I feel that for the first time I am realizing the person I should have been. I have peace in being who I am, and have the right to be. It is difficult to formulate in writing, both the result and the gratitude I feel, and this has been written about 10 times at least. Because the result is so great for me that it may sound like beautiful painting...
but that's just honest.
